Hyundai's reply to Ford Figo: Diesel i10

i10 is Hyundai's most sold car in India. After new cars being launched from various car makers, for the first time Hyundai have indicated that Ford Figo and not Nissan Micra is i10's competitor. Hyundai Motors India, MD, Mr H W Park was at the company headquarters in Seoul where he spoke about their latest goals to visiting journalists.

Mr. Park also said that the new Wagon R from India's largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India, also has potential of affecting i10's sales figures. To tackle new competition, Mr Park said India's largest car exporter, Hyundai might launch its first diesel car in India in the form of i10. Details about diesel i10's make and release have not been finalized yet.
