Audi has been busy in eastern India having reached into Guwahati and Ranchi, after opening dealerships in Kolkata and Bhubaneswar. Akin to Audi Kolkata, Audi Ranchi in Jharkhand comes under the aegis of Mohan Motor Distributors Pvt Ltd. The luxury auto manufacturer inaugurated Audi Kozhikode back in August. This was Audi’s 35th dealership in India and its second in Kerala, after Kochi. The two new showrooms take Audi’s dealership count to 37.
BMW India dealerships maintain international standards while promising high standards in service quality and customer care. BMW India also has 37 sales outlets in the Indian market with network expansion planned to reach 50 outlets across metropolitan centres and emerging markets by 2015 end.
BMW operates 4 Mini dealerships in India, Bird Automotive (Delhi), Infinity Cars (Mumbai), Navnit Motors (Bangalore) and KUN Exclusive (Hyderabad). The company looks to ass 2 Mini dealerships in India in 2015. While Ahmedabad will not be getting a dealership next year, Chennai will. Cooper S 3-Door launch is scheduled for launch in Q1 2015.

In Q2 2014, Volvo Auto India announce 4 new showrooms in West Delhi, Surat, Chandigarh and Kolkata. VAI looks to increase its market share India, and projected growth backed by 15 functional dealerships across key Indian cities. Viking Motors, Autobots, Krishna Auto Sales and OSL Scandinavian are now operational. OSL Scandinavian is located at Topsia in teh vicinity of Mercedes-Benz’ Interkrafts dealership. OSL Scandinavian comes under the aegis of Orissa Stevedores Limited (OSL), which is also responsible for Kolkata’s BMW dealerships, OSL Prestige.
Jaguar Land Rover at present operates 22 showrooms in India with a stronger presence in North, West and South India over East and central India.
