KTM signs up Jonny Walker as full factory rider

Austrian Manufacturer KTM has signed up British enduro rider Jonny Walker as its full factory rider. J.Walker is an extremely gifted individual when it comes to Extreme Enduro events. Being a top competitor, this 21-year-old has been signed up by KTM to take part in the 2012-13 indoor enduro world championships. He will also be competing for KTM in races like Exberg Rodeo, The Tough One, Hells Gate, Red Bull Romainiacs, Red Bull Sea to sky, as also Enduro World Championship rounds.

His ride to the top was fraught with many championships and races where he stood out among the other competitors. Despite his young age, he has potential to take on riders of extreme sport events. Jonny Walker started taking part in professional events since 2000.

He has won events at the 10th overall world indoor cup championships held in 2011; he stood third in the Overall British Enduro Sprint Championship and Overall Erzberg Red Bull Hare Scramble respectively. The KTM radar picked him out in 2010 when he did well in trials for the British Enduro Championship resulting in a deal which would give him full status and benefits of a KTM factory rider.
