Kin of injured cyclist in Lamborghini crash finding it difficult to raise money for surgeries

A fortnight ago, a speeding Lamborghini hit a cyclist before it came to a crashing halt. The driver of the supercar, Anukool Rishi did not survive the accident; however the cyclist Kishan Lal who was hit by the Lamborghini is fighting to survive. His condition has been reported as critical.

The family of the injured cyclist is finding it exceedingly difficult raise money for surgeries demanded at AIIMS Trauma Centre. Hemraj son of Kishan Lal expressed that his family was finding it very difficult to make the money available in quick time for various surgical procedures that have to be performed on his father. He added that although his family does not expect any monetary assistance from the family of the person responsible for his father’s accident, at least a few words to ease their grievance were expected.

There has been no word from Anukool Rishi’s family in regard with compensation for the injured cyclist since the accident. The school in which Kishan Lal worked has offered monetary assistance it is not enough. The cost on medical bills expected to go over 1,50,000.
