Lamborghini Huracán LP 620-2 Super Trofeo boasts of a 620 hp V-10 engine mounted behind its cabin. The engine is capable of 620 CV at 8250 rpm and 570 Nm at 6500 rpm. Downforce has been increased by 43% according to Automobili Lamborghini due to the incorporation of composite body work which has been developed in association with Dallara Engineering of Italy. The rear wing comes with 10 settings and adjustable front brake duct openings. Pirelli race tyres of 308/660-18 at the front, 315/680-18 at the rear also add to enhanced performance.
With a dry weight of 1,270 kgs and weight distribution of 42/58%, the entire frame is made up of hybrid carbon/aluminum. Chassis is seen with a light roll cage weighing 43 kgs extending all the way upto rear axle while torsional stiffness displays improvement by 45% over its earlier counterpart.
Technical features to be seen on board the Lamborghini Huracán LP 620-2 Super Trofeo include new engine support, three disc clutch and XTrac sequential gearbox while its electric actuator has been designed by Magneti Marelli Motorsports division. Interiors sport control unit with MOTEC M182 controlling data and gear changes while there is a new TFT display mounted on dashboard.
