Andy House is the person guilty of driving a million-dollar-plus Bugatti Veyron off the road and right into a freezing lake. The incident occurred in November of 2009, but the courts now find him guilty of an insurance fraud five yearâ€™s later.

The auction is scheduled for Jan 12-19 at the 43rd Annual Scottsdale Auction with a line-up of 1400 cars. Simon Cowell’s Veyron is the first certified, pre-owned vehicle in the new program, which includes a full one-year, extended factory warranty offered directly through Bugatti.
