British sports car maker, McLaren revealed the first official details of 650S GT3 at Goodwood Festival of Speed today. To be powered by the same 3.8l bi-turboed engine of the 650S, the GT3 variant comes with improved safety, cooling and handling.
2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed will begin on 26th June and vrooom through 29th. Commonly abbreviated as FoS, which ironically means Factor of Safety in engineering, Goodwood house in West Sussex, England will host one of the most spectacular events bringing together motorcycles and cars that have more than 100 years of racing history.
British high performance car manufacturer, McLaren has officially revealed first information about the track only P1. To be called McLaren P1 GTR, the image you see here is the first teaser of the hyper sports car which is expected to be released by the middle of 2015.
The new McLaren 650S sports car has made its grand entrance into Malaysia at the McLaren Kuala Lumpur Mutiara Damansara showroom. Announced earlier this year and showcased at the Geneva Motor Show in March, the 650S take the place of 12C in the company’s road car range.

McLaren lifted the curtain on its new 650S last month at the Geneva Motor Show and temporarily shelved the production of 12C to focus on 650S’ production at full capacity. But now, a surprising letter from McLaren Automotive CEO Mike Flewitt showed up at the existing 12C owners’ doorsteps that said “we have decided to cease [production of the 12C] in light of the success of the 650S.”

With just a 50PS jump in power, McLaren has managed to achieve outstanding performance figures with the 650S, as compared to the MP4-12C, on which the former is based.
