The new Skoda Octavia sedan will be launch in India on 3rd October 2013. Unveiled officially in August, 2013 Octavia sedan is slated to come into the country with three engine variants (two petrol and one diesel) while expected price is in the range of INR 14.5 to 19 lakhs.

Skoda is about to introduce the all new Octavia in India. Before the official launch, Skoda India invited Rushlane for the media drive of new Octavia. The pre-decided route to test drive 2013 Octavia was one of the most scenic in India, Parwanoo – Chail – Shimla and back. At first, it was not clear why select such a route, as for a car of Octavia’s stature, this is one difficult stretch. But once we were inside the car and behind the wheels, no route seemed difficult.

4,000,000th Skoda Octavia rolled off the production line at the Mlada Boleslav plant today.
