South Korean automakers SsangYong have unveiled their XLV Concept at Geneva Motor Show being held from March 6-16, 2014. The new XLV stands for eXciting smart Lifestyle Vehicle and is a seven seater compact SUV strictly adhering to the brands new design language.
At the 12th edition of Desert Storm, Team Mahindra Adventureâ€™s Super XUV500 finished fastest as 2014 overall champions. Having secured wins at the Indian National Rally Championship SUV category (INSUVRC), Super XUV500 last week finished 1st in the Xtreme category of Desert Storm 2014. The car was driven by multi-time Desert Storm winner Sunny Sidhu (Driver) & PVS Murthy (Co-driver).
Earlier in February, General Motors Thailand and Southeast Asia Operations celebrated the production of its millionth vehicle, a Chevrolet Trailblazer. Operations at the Rayong Assembly plant began in 2000.

500 guests attended the official opening of the Porsche plant in Leipzig, Germany yesterday. The plant has been expanded to include production of the new Porsche Macan.
