Pirelli revealed what their new 18 inch low profile tyres will look like a few days back. Now, Lotus F1 has put these new tyres with 18″ rims to test. The new rubbers displayed by Pirelli have the same width as 13 inch tyres though diameter is larger by 30mm, while tyre and wheel together are 4 kgs heavier.
TVS Racing Team’s Bangalorean rider, R Nataraj rode to victory on his TVS Wego at the 25th Gulf Monsoon Scooter Rally at Navi Mumbai. 36 riders joined the challenge, and Natraj outpaced Shamim Khan riding a Mahindra Rodeo by a split .04 seconds while timing 00.27.30 seconds in penalties.
Maruti Suzuki has organised its first Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) format women’s rally on July 6th. Women motorsports enthusiasts will be flagged off from Viman Nagar, Pune and traverse a 120 km route in and around the city’d hilly terrain.
