Launch price Rs 78.90 lakhs for new BMW X6 SUV in India

BMW India launched the new X6 Sports Activity Coupe today for a starting price of INR 78.90 lakhs. In India, the 2013 X6 SUV will be available in two trims, X6 xDrive40d and xDrive50i. 2013 BMW X6 xDrive40d is powered by 3.0L V6 generating max power output of 306 hp and a peak torque of 600 Nm, while carrying a price tag of INR 78.90 lakhs. The 2013 X6 xDrive 50i is a powerhouse. It is powered by the 4.4L V8 petrol generating max power of 407 hp and a peak torque of 600 Nm. This new petrol X6 is priced at INR 93.40 lakhs.

BMW India launched the new X6 at their new dealership in Faridabad, Deutche Motoren. New X6 features new kidney grille, repositioned fog lamps, new LED taillights, muscular front that commands appeal, new interiors with a raised seating position, sports seats, and much more. The new BMW X6 will be available in Alpine White (non-metallic), Black Sapphire, Deep Blue Sea, Marrakesh Brown, Midnight Blue, Space Grey, Orion Silver, Titanium Silver and Vermillion Red.

The petrol X6 has a top speed of 240 kmph and a 0-100 kmph acceleration time of just 5.4 seconds whereas the diesel X6 has a top speed of 236 kmph and a 0-100 kmph time of 6.5 seconds. Transmission is taken care by new 8 speed sport automatic. New X6 features paddle shift with sports leather steering wheel as standard. BMW India also offers two packages on the new X6, Innovation Package and Luxury Package for a price of INR 5lakhs and INR 3.70 lakhs respectively.
