LIQUI MOLY to sponsor Moto3 world champion Sandro Cortese
LIQUI MOLY will now sponsor Moto3 world champion Sandro Cortese, making this their largest motorcycling sponsorship till date. The racer now gears up for this year’s higher performance Moto2 class.
LIQUI MOLY is one of the leading brands supplying additives, oils and lubricants for vehicles since its inception in 1957. It has been praised by many manufacturers and car owners as being a company that supplies products used for a wide variety of vehicles. In this context, LIQUI MOLY will be sponsoring Moto3 world champion Sandro Cortese as he takes part in this years Moto2 event.
Most people think about LIQUI MOLY as being a supplier of car products, however, this is not the case as it also has a wide range of motorcycle products that are sold. In order to boost its presence in the motorcycle sector, LIQUI MOLY has decided to go along with such aggressively promotion of their brand image.
Teaming up with Sandro Cortese is a great opportunity for this brand to take it to the next level as he took to riding at a young age of 8 years. Since then he has taken part in the 125 cm3 class which was integrated into the Moto3 and now he will be taking part in the Moto2 class. Interestingly he was crowned world champion after he performed very well during the Moto3 event in 2012. The Moto2 class features 600 cc four-cylinder, four-stroke engines that are capable of producing 128 bhp of power. The Moto2 world championship races start from 7th of April 2013 in Qatar.
