Mahindra Centuro revs MTWL 252% sales growth in December 2013

Mahindra Two Wheelers (MTWL) sales growth in December 2013 stood at 252% with sales of 19,715 units. Domestic sales volume stood at 19,054 units equating to 267% growth over last year. Mahindra Centuro sales have given MTWL a new lease of life.

Mahindra Centuro runs on internationally patented category innovations and is designed entirely in-house at the company’s R&D Centre in Pune. Available at a price of Rs. 46,500 (ex showroom- New Delhi), Mahindra Centuro gets power from a MCi-5 (Micro Chip ignited-5 curve) engine to deliver power output of 8.5 BHP @ 7500 rpm, 8.5 Nm of peak torque @ 5500 rpm and mileage of 85.4 kmpl (ARAI).
