Aspar, the four time World Champion has great ambitions in store for the MAPFRE Aspar Team, Mahindra Racing’s factory team. He has three big promises for the future of his ranks – Guevara, Bagnaia and Martín and looks ahead at seeing the team once again at the top of the GP podium in the 125cc class ranking.
Speaking about the partnership, Aspar says, there are various advantages of MAPFRE Aspar Team joining hands with Mahindra factory team. The MAPFRE Aspar team are experts in technical aspects with regard to rider training and structuring while Mahindra will concentrate on building of a fully competitive bike.
The agreement covers World Junior series to Moto3 World Championships. The design of the new bike is expected by the end of February 2015 which is being designed on a completely new chassis with excellent features where corners, braking, accelerating and stability are concerned. The bike will receive a highly competitive engine, conforming to regulations for the next year when 13,500 rpm is the new limit.
Commenting on the new riders, Juanfran and Pecco are in their third season while Jorge has just won the Rookies Cup and hence come in with enormous potential to bring accolades to the team as MAPFRE Aspar Team joins hands with Mahindra factory team.
