Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited, have seen increased sales in the period April to September 2012, despite difficult market conditions. The company, a part of the Mahindra Group recorded sales of 58,689 units in the period April to September 2012 with stand alone sales in the month of September alone reaching 8,122 units.

The company now looks forward to approaching festive season during which time there is increased activity in showrooms. Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited has also launched a new communication campaign for their scooter portfolio showcasing their powerful, dependable and chic looking scooter range which is seeing increased demand in the country.

Mahindra Two Wheeler range included 125cc scooters which have found favor among the college going students and India’s working women who find these scooters fuel efficient, dependable and sturdy to tackle Indian road conditions. The company’s cumulative scooter sales during April to September 2012 were at 58,689 units. Standalone sales in September 2012 touched 8,122 units. Despite tough market conditions, Mahindra Two Wheelers crossed the landmark figure of 4 lakh units.
