Mahindra Two Wheelers Pantero motorcycle in 4 more states

Mahindra Two Wheeler cumulative sales in the period April 2012-February 2013 touched 96,153 units. Sales in February 2013 reached the 4,010 unit mark. Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited have introduced their new Pantero motorcycles in four states in India. Besides this, the company has also introduced the Mahindra Centuro adding to their ever increasing portfolio.

Mahindra Pantero possesses a highly advanced MCi-5 engine and is now being offered across the states of Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Maharahstra. Enhanced in power and with best in class maneuverability, the Pantero spells class and comforts. It possesses the longest seat in its class which buyers will find comfortable and attractive. Pantero also sports a digital dashboard. The base variant of Mahindra Pantero is priced at Rs 44,190 – ex showroom Chennai.

Both the Pantero and Centuro have been designed in-house at Mahindra’s R&D center in Pune. Both these bikes were designed from scratch in a matter of 18 months and are powered by the Micro Chip Ignited 5-Curve engine while production is carried out at the company plant in Pithampur near Indore.
