Maruti Suzuki Nexa premium dealership chain formally launched; S-Cross launching on Aug 5

Maruti Suzuki Nexa premium dealership network has formally been launched today and on the sidelines of the event, the company confirmed that S-Cross will be launched on August 5. The compact crossover will be sold exclusively via the new standardized outlets.

The company says that Nexa (new premium automotive experience) is one of the initiatives which are aimed at achieving 2 million sales per annum by 2020. Nexa is a way of reaching out to ‘new segment of customers emerging in changing India’.

The automaker has announced that about 100 Nexa outlets will be set up across the country in the next 6-8 months. About 1,000 customer relationship managers have been recruited so far and this count would be increased to 2,500 in the next 6-8 months. People from hospitality, aviation, and financial services have been appointed to enhance customer experience.

Nexa outlets will be manned by customer relationship managers who are trained to be courteous and punctual. Every customer’s privacy will be valued during conversation and hence there will be cubicles at the outlets.

Every customer will be assigned a lifetime personnel who will not only supporting the car buying process but will also be handling after sales service operations as well. The company also offers myNexa loyalty program with co-branded credit cards and association with several lifestyle brands.

The showrooms will be appointed with Apple TVs and iPads to aid the customer in knowing more about the product. A smartphone application is also developed to help the customer to manage service requests, recall maintenance history and the like. The network aims to go paperless.

Maruti S-Cross will be launched on August 5.

The black and white monochromatic design theme in addition with concentrated spot lights would showcase the product in all its glory. A dedicated delivery bay with LEDs and music is also a part of every Nexa outlet.
