Maruti Suzuki ranks highest in customer satisfaction with dealer service, JD Power study
For the 14th consecutive year, Maruti Suzuki has ranked highest in customer satisfaction with dealer service with a score of 876. Hyundai (833) and Honda (825) follow in the rankings. Hyundai is the most improved brand in the JD Power study with significant improvements achieved across all five factors, service quality; vehicle pick-up; service advisor; service facility; and service initiation.
Overall quality of service completed shows consistently strong performance across the auto industry YOY. While 93% vehicle owners said work on their car was done correctly the 1st time, consistent with 2012 results, 71% of owners indicated their vehicles were returned cleaner after the service, which is a 7% increase from 2012.
“The quality of service remains consistently high, evidence that the automakers and their dealer networks are working hard to make service a satisfying experience for their customers,” said Arora.
