A look at Maruti Suzuki Stingray WagonR interiors, while Estilo says bye bye
Maruti Suzuki India Limited, leading automobile manufacturers in India has recently introduced the new WagonR Stingray. This new variant of the WagonR hatchback is expected to bring in increased sales for the company as it is launched at a competitive price of INR 4.1 lakhs and INR 4.67 lakhs.
Stingray delivers ARAI certified mileage of 20.51 kmpl and is introduced in five colors of White, Grey, Red, Silver and Blue. Bookings are currently open at all company showrooms across the country.
Maruti Suzuki Stingray interiors are replete with a stylish dashboard with chrome and Piano Black finish, leather wrapped steering with audio control, premium black upholstery with Stingray themed seats, and Blue Themed instrument cluster with multi information display
Maruti Suzuki has also announced that their Estilo hatchback will be taken off from company lineup and production will be stopped with immediate effect. Lack of demand and lower than expected sales are cited as reasons for this model being axed. Estilo made its way into markets in 2007, taking the place of Maruti Suzuki Zen hatchback. Sales were not upto expectations despite the model getting a makeover in 2010 when it received a 1.0 liter K Series engine.
Innovative schemes and attractive discounts also failed to garner the attention of buyers and hence the company decision to stop production of the Estilo.
