As 2nd Edition of Windsong Music Festival got off to a flying start on Sunday November 9th at Lonavala with Maruti Suzuki and Provogue, Maruti Suzuki showcased the accessorized version of the new Swift hatchback.
The company will be designing 100 such special edition cars to align themselves with a whole new generation of music lovers. Windsong goes onto be held on 29th – 30th November 2014 in Hyderabad, 24th – 25th January 2015 in New Delhi and 28th February – 1st March 2015 in Mumbai where the special accessorized Swift will be in attendance.
The Swift facelift accessorized version looks appealing and equipped with sporty features. Distinctive with its white exterior paint and contrasting black roof, the new Swift sports stripes on its hood and side profile bears music decals. The new Swift also receives an aero kit existing of side skirts, sportier underlip on front bumper and alloy wheels in yellow paint. It is its huge headset at the rear that adds to its musical appeal.
The accessorized Maruti Suzuki Swift showcased at the concert is a diesel variant which receives a 1.3 liter multijet engine mated to a five speed manual gearbox. This engine is capable of 74 bhp peak power and 190 Nm peak torque while engine has been tweaked to offer additional fuel efficiency of 25.2 kmpl or 2.3 kmpl more than its outgoing counterpart. Price of this car has not been revealed.
