Bumper and headlamps have been modified, giving it a supercar stance while the Swift gets a GT-R style custom grille along with new bumper with LED DRLs and new front lip spoiler. Custom fenders, side skirts and new GT-R badging is also seen on the Swift which now sits on 17” alloy wheels with low profile tyres.
Engine hood now sports a faux intake along with front fenders which are re-profiled. At the rear, new bumper design, fixed wing and HKS quad exhaust pipes are evident with blackened tail lights. The Maruti Swift hatchback gets its roof carved out to be replaced with a sun roof while interiors receive a Sparco gear knob and Momo pedals.
No changes to its engine is evident as the Maruti Suzuki Swift continues to sport a Nissan GT-R stance but is powered by the same 1.2 liter K-Series petrol engine offering 84.3 PS power and 115 Nm torque and a 1.3 liter DDiS diesel engine offering 75 PS power and 190 Nm torque mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox.

Spotted in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, here is an mod-job, which appears to be a grounds up job with underpinnings of Maruti Swift and Alto 800.
The totally custom built jeep-like car has some really interesting design features. Exterior is apparently made of glass fibre reinforced plastic (its hard to figure out which part would be sheet metal), and is finished with dual colour scheme, silver on lower half including bumpers & side steps and even the mock-up roll cage bars; and brown for rest of the body.
It has stylish fog lamps that look like the striking end of a golf club, with chrome border, and headlamp is a direct spare of Maruti Suzuki Swift. The Ahmedabad registered number plate is pasted between bumper air-dam and front grille section, both of which bear abstract symmetrical cutouts. While the seeming bonnet is long and curvy, actual hatch is small and has an air-scoop moulded along with it.
The car has Maxxis HT-760 Bravo series on/off-road tires, probably 215/70-16 or 235/70-15, shod onto four spoke alloy wheels preferred for off-roading. Wheel arches are flared but does not extend all the way outwards to cover the tires from atop.
Devoid of any windows, doors open like butterfly wings with hinges fastened on outside. Fuel filler is located on driver side behind the door, cap of which seems like the one used in Honda Unicorn. Rear fascia is decorated with bulgy fixed panels and tail lamps, and the top is left open like a golf cart.
Behind the custom parabolic windshield, is the interiors of semi closed cabin, which sports cushiony front facing seats on the front and a pair of opposite facing single seats at the back. Steering wheel is taken from Maruti Suzuki Swift but dashboard along with instrument panel and air-con vents is lifted from a Maruti Alto. Actually, the floorspace, foot well and cabin width do remind us of an Alto, the classic model that was discontinued in recent years.
