Next Jurassic Park to feature Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6
Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 will have a key role to play in the upcoming movie called Jurassic Park 4. The mighty Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 will take on T-Rex and will be Mercedes’ second appearance in the Jurassic Park series with the M Class W163 having already starred in the 1997 Lost World: Jurassic Park.
A photo of the Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6×6 has appeared on the company Facebook page which shows the massive SUV on its way to a film location in Hawaii. Mercedes has also tweeted a picture of the G63 AMG stating that “Them AMG boys are at it again. Y’all stay tuned…” and while this does not confirm the Jurassic Park rumor, the appearance of the G63 6×6 silhouette and rounded headlamps are unmistakable.
Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6×6 luxury SUV is based on the Mercedes Geländewagen, or G-Wagon which is an iconic off road vehicle, capable of tackling the most menacing of offroading conditions. It is powered by a 544 hp 5.5 liter biturbo V8 engine mated to a 7 speed dual clutch gear box. The G63 AMG 6×6 can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 7 seconds, weighs a total of 8487 pounds and has ground clearance of 460mm.
The fourth film in the Jurassic Park series is slated to be released in the summer of 2015 and will be called Jurassic World. Below is a video of the G63 AMG at work, or rather we would say, at play.
