Mercedes Benz A-Class and 280 SE in Night train to Lisbon film

For the film inspired by Pascal Mercier’s novel, Oscar winning director Bille August roped in an all star cast as also two vehicles from the Mercedes Benz stable. The film features a Mercedes Benz A-class that is driven by eye specialist Mariana de Eca (Martina Gedeck) while she ferries around the films protagonist as he searches for author Amadeu de Prado (Jack Huston).

The film depicts a scenario where the lives of these individuals are fraught with vitality, intensity wherein they strive to get ahead of their challenges. The cars used in the film are a Mercedes Benz A-Class and a Mercedes Benz 280. The A-class is an epitome of a modern world scenario while the 280 is a testament to styles and luxuries of past years. This film is a superb adaptation of ‘Night train to Lisbon’ and has made use of a star studded cast and impressive vehicles.

‘Night train to Lisbon’ premiered on 20th of February 2013 and its premier venues were supported by a limousine shuttle service from Mercedes Benz.
