Mercedes Benz C Class 2014 variant spotted testing for the first time (Photos)
German car manufacturer, Mercedes Benz has been spotted testing their all new prototype of the 2014 C Class in cold climes of Northern Europe earlier…
From the spy images here, we see that the new Mercedes Benz C Class sedan will have a sharper design structure. The curves which you get to see in today’s C Class are all but dimmed. This might be because BMW too is doing the same with the curves of their 3 Series by 2014.
As far as engine options are concerned, Mercedes Benz will continue using the same engine configurations which we see in today’s C Class. Along with that Mercedes might launch an entry level 3 cylinder engine. Expect a hybrid variant as well and V6 will remain to please power hungry fans. Transmission will be taken care by either an 8 or 9 speed automatic gearbox.
For the AMG variant of 2014 C Class, expect Mercedes Benz to improve the overall performance and handling capabilities of their 2014 C63 AMG, majorly due to weight reduction. Power will be provided by the turbocharged V8 generating 450 bhp.
