Beijing Auto Show: Mercedes Benz finally pulls the wraps off Concept style coupe (Photos & Video)

The much awaited images of the new concept style coupe from Mercedes Benz is finally revealed. Mercedes Benz displayed some photos of their new compact sedan even while they are getting ready to display the concept version at the soon to be held Beijing Motor Show scheduled for end April. Images of the Baby CLS concept car can be seen on the internet while it will be on display at the Mercedes Benz Pavilion as a CL four door coupe.

With long sweeping lines the new concept style coupe or baby CLS as it is called, is larger than the Mercedes Benz C Class though shorter in height and wheel base. As per information received, it will be powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged four cylinder petrol engine offering 205 hp with power to all four wheels through its seven speed dual clutch transmission.

Also known as CSC, this vehicle once it comes into production will be Mercedes Benz answer to Audi A3 and A4 and also to the BMW 1 series and 3 Series. The car is sleeker as compared to the A Class viewed at the Geneva Motor Show while it is based to a large extent on the F800 style concept. Further details will be known by next week when the concept car goes on display at the Beijing Motor Show.
