Mercedes Benz India has released their sales figures for the month of August 2010. Just like previous month, Mercedes Benz India has recorded their highest ever sales figures in a calendar month. Selling 573 luxury vehicles, Mercedes Benz India excelled themselves by 303 units when compared with sales made in the month of August 2009.
Till august, the German luxury auto maker managed to sell 3497 cars, 84.15% increase to last year's figures. Currently Mercedes India have made the C Class, E Class, S Class, M Class and GL car models available in the country. Dr Wilfried Aulbur, MD & CEO, Mercedes Benz India said, "Exciting products and exciting ways to showcase such products have been our constant endeavor. Our initiatives in 2010 have been targeted at customers from large as well as medium and small cities. The company's strong sales performances during 2010 are a result of such customer focused initiatives."
