Shanghai training site reflects Mercedes’ commitment to Chinese customers and to raise the bar in sales and service quality here. There are 4 other training centres located in Beijing, Guangzhou, Xi’an and Chengdu to provide 220,000 Participant Training Days in China annually.
Shanghai Training Center covers an area of 11,250 m2 equipped with training equipment and IT infrastructure capable of large-scale training on all retail software systems. The centre houses an 800 m2 large designated event space that accommodates up to 400 people and 6 display cars. 20 multi-purpose theory training rooms, 10 combined practical training rooms for technical repair and body training, and a reception space with up to 3 vehicles on display are housed and commits to dealership training and certification.
Shanghai Training Center programs are uphold Mercedes-Benz’ globally unified standards that are tweaked to the needs of the Chinese market. Trainers are certified by Daimler’s Global Training Organization.
