Peugeot Connect Apps for its 208 models showcased at 2012 Paris Motor Show

With mobility options being offered by major brands in the automobile industry, Peugeot has decided to take a step forward by introducing Peugeot Connect Apps which have been specifically designed for motoring use. These apps are compatible with all 208 models and even the 103 and 600 variants launched at the end of August. This pack is available for a price of 345 € including taxes for the basic version. The best thing about this App is that it doesn’t recognize boundaries thereby negating any roaming charges.

Renewal charges after 12 months amounts to €109, which includes taxes. The app provides parameters like speed, fuel economy as also mileage and GPS position. Features of this App include: Michelin Guide which allows you to book a reservation and guide you to the destination, and Michelin traffic, which provides information on traffic in a particular area.

The Fuel app aid lists closest fuel stations, Parking which provides information of both public and private car parks, Michelin Guide2 provides the user with a collection of places to visit, restaurants as also parking spots so as to allow the individual to make the best choice, Michelin Voyage, Dismoiou, Via Michelin, Weather and Yellow pages3 provide one with useful information pertaining to tourist sites and other destinations in the vicinity as also navigation guidance without mapping, weather forecast in the current region, networking and a systematic index of businesses and essential service in and around the locality. With these integrated applications, Peugeot Connect Apps is a superb addition to a car to provide one with a safe and enjoyable ride to their destination.
