Premier Rio petrol variant launched for a price of Rs 4.7 lacs

As reported earlier by Rushlane in August, Premier has finally launched their all new Rio compact SUV with a petrol engine in India. Premier Rio petrol is now available for a price of Rs 4.7 lacs across all company authorized dealers in India.

Premier Rio diesel base model is available for Rs 5.29 lacs (ex-showroom). This means that the petrol Rio is approximately Rs 60,000 lesser than the diesel Rio. This is a huge plus point of the petrol Rio variant. The timing too seems to be perfect for the launch of petrol Rio. Festive is soon approaching and car manufacturers are expecting that it will bring in better sales figures.

Features of the new petrol Rio include, 1.2L MPFI BSIV compliant engine giving an ARAI certified mileage of 16 kmpl, power steering, power windows, seating for 5 adults, electric door mirrors, central locking, split foldable rear seats, ABS, high ground clearance, and music system.
