Renault India registers highest ever sales with 6790 units sold in October 2012

Renault India Pvt Ltd, registered sales of 6790 units during the month of October 2012. Since it entered Indian markets in 2011 this is the highest sales registered by Renault. Sales have been boosted with induction of 5 new models and over 75 new dealerships during last 17 months. Based on these statistics Renault is a company which has ramped up its products and services within a short period of time to please its customers.

Renault is hoping that there will be 100 dealerships open and running by end of 2012. Renault Duster has captured the market and sales figures have risen considerably. Through market sensitivity towards this brand has been sluggish during the last few months, it hopes to make an impression during the festive season.

The Renault duster sold 5406 units, with Scala selling 737 units. Pulse, Fluence and Koleos sold 483, 107 and 57 units respectively. During October 2011, Renault had only two cars in the market viz., Fluence and Koleos which sold 14 and 59 units respectively.
