Renault’s association with cinema has always been legendary. The French auto major was once again at the forefront at French cinema annual Cesar awards ceremony held on February 22, 2013. The company provided a fleet of Espaces for guests, VIPs and film stars commute to the venue. Festivities were held at the Théâtre du Chatelet in Paris.
The 38th Cesar awards were hosted by Jamel Debbouze and Antoine De Caunes. This is the 6th year in a row that Renault as been official partners to the Cesar awards ceremony and its ties with French cinema goes back to 1899 when the first Renault model appeared in a film. This particular model was driven by Louis Renault himself, while the film was produced by Lumière brothers.
