Renault Retail Group has launched a new website – www.renault-retail-group-fr offering customers the facilities along with online payment terms in a quicker and more efficient manner.

In keeping with advancement in technology, Renault Retail Group is offering estimates with trade in value for vehicle to customers with financing simulations, repair appointments in under 48 hours and ability to procure parts and accessories for their vehicles. Customers are given three options to receive their consignments from a RRG workshop, pick up from their nearest sales outlet or free home delivery in Metropolitan France. Those customers desirous of information on vehicle stocks, location of sales outlets or in need of making appointments for repairs and maintenance need to use an iPhone app called “mon garage Renault Retail Group”.

This online service is quicker and more efficient and requires less processing time thus giving customers better services and quicker appointments that what was previously experienced. Based at the company headquarters in Clamart, customers will now have their requests processed in a time bound manner with each request being handled by an e advisor taking care of the customer directly.
