Royal Enfield Rider Mania Goa 2012 registrations open: Thunderbird 500 launch tomorrow

Royal Enfield Motorcycle enthusiasts will be heading to India’s beach paradise, Goa this November to participate in Royal Enfield Rider Mania, which is scheduled to be held from November 23rd to 25th 2012 at Vagator, Goa. These events will entail fun, frolic and an exciting new addition – beer drinking contest along with various biking competitions such as Dirt Track Trials, Figure 8, Slow Race, Carry you Bike, Cleanest Bike, Assembly, Arm Wrestling, etc.

Vagator in the meantime is already buzzing with excitement as they get ready for hosting this fun filled weekend with biking fraternity from across the country. Registration prior to the due dates is mandatory and biking enthusiasts need to log onto http://www.royalenfield.com/ridermania  and register themselves.

Royal Enfield is also giving each of the riders present at the Rider Mania a chance to judge the Custom Bikes. Each participant will receive a voting card wherein he/she can vote for the one custom bike which according to them was the most attractive. The winner of this bike will receive a trophy. Though the Enfield Rider Mania is restricted to just three days, in true Goan style these three days will be filled with great biking action, great food and nonstop live music.

Apart from this, Royal Enfield has also announced that they will be launching their much awaited Thunderbird 500 motorcycle in India tomorrow. Powered by the 499 cc engine generating 27.2 bhp and 41.3 Nm torque, the new Royal Enfield Motorcycle was first displayed at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo. Price of Thunderbird 500 will be revealed at the launch tomorrow.
