Launch Price Rs 4.77 crores for Lamborghini Aventador Roadster in India

The new Aventador Roadster marks 50th Anniversary of Lamborghini and comes to Indian markets within three months of its official launch, which shows the company’s commitment towards the India auto sector. Lamborghini India sold 17 cars in 2012, registering a 21% increase in sales compared to 2011.

For 2013, Lamborghini India has set higher targets. This new Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster is a luxury sportscar powered by a 12 cylinder 6.5 liter engine which will ensure that the Roadster has a top speed of 350 kmph. The engine will be capable of generating 700 PS power and 690 Nm peak torque. Acceleration from 0 to 100 kmph will take just 3.0 seconds. Gear shifts are possible in just 50 milliseconds while transmission is developed by Graziano along with wheel drive system courtesy Haldex Traction.
