Shah Rukh Khan rolls out Hyundai India’s 5 millionth car: Grand i10

India’s second largest car manufacturer, Hyundai Motors announced earlier today that they have successfully rolled out their 5 millionth (or car no 50 lakh). The car was rolled out by none other than Shah Rukh Khan, Bollywood star and Hyundai India’s brand ambassador for the last 5 years.

Shah Rukh Khan rolls out Hyundai India's 5 millionth car- Grand i10-001The lucky number 5 million goes to none other than Hyundai’s new successful car, Grand i10, which was launched last month. Apart from being the second largest car manufacturer, Hyundai is also the largest car exporter in the country. They have been operating in India since the last 15 years. Their plant is located near Chennai and has a production capacity of 6.8 lakh cars annually. Hyundai India’s investment in India stands at $2.7 billion.
