Suzuki Inazuma 250Z in the UK is powered by the same 248cc parallel twin liquid cooled petrol engine with rating at 26PS and torque ratings at 24Nm as against 22 Nm, mated to a six speed gearbox. The 250Z is seen with Nissan disc brakes at the front and rear with semi double cradle chassis and telescopic forms at the front and seven way adjustable mono shock suspension at the rear.
Other features also include LCD display speedometer and three spoke aluminum wheels while the bike weighs a total of 183 kgs. In the UK, Inasuma 250Z includes blue or red lines running all the way from its headlight cowl to radiator grille and along seat stitches while half rim stripes are also added to the special edition.
Besides Suzuki Inazuma 250Z special edition in UK, the company has also added GSX1250FAZ tourer special edition also at a premium price over its regular edition. Both bikes will be offered from company’s UK dealerships.
Suzuki Inazuma 250 was launched in India in January 2014 at a hefty price of INR 3.1 lakh due to which it received poor response. The company thereafter slashed price by INR 1 lakh in June but yet the company has only managed to sell 200 units since launch.
