Suzuki Let’s 110cc scooter launch price Rs 46,925 (Ex-sh Chennai)

Suzuki Motorcycles India launched its new Let’s scooter today. Let’s was first unveiled in January 2014 at Mumbai, and then at the 2014 Auto Expo in February along with Gixxer 155 motorcycle. Bookings commenced last month with the Lets’ also making its way into company dealer showrooms. The 110 cc LET’S scooter will be introduced pan India through regional launches and Chennai was the first in the series. The practical, light and fast scooter aimed at urban youth looking for styling, economy and practicality is available at a price of Rs. 46,925 (Ex-showroom, Chennai)

Suzuki Let's 110cc scooter India launchSuzuki Let’s marks the entry of Suzuki Indian into the competitive 110cc scooter segment which as on date is the domain of Honda Activa. Suzuki Let’s is powered by a 112.8 cc air cooled, 2 valve engine offering 8.7 hp power at 7,500 rpm and 9 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm while being mated to a CVT gearbox. A light, compact, fuel efficient 110cc engine delivers 63 kmpl (Under Suzuki test conditions) fuel economy and pick up while Let’s weighs just 98 kgs.

Suzuki Let’s measures 1,805 mm in length, 655 mm in width, 1,120 mm in height, 1,250 mm in wheelbase and has a ground clearance of 160 mm. It receives 90/100-10 tyres and 120mm drum brakes while at the front it receives telescopic suspension and swing arm type coil spring suspension at the rear.

Let’s features include an on board mobile charger, while a safe-lock box is being offered as an option. Coming in 5 body colors of white, black, blue, red and silver, the new Let’s will compete against Honda Activa-i, Yamaha Ray and Hero Maestro in its segment.

Suzuki Eco Performance Engine (SEP technology) for the Indian market in the form of SEP engine enables Let’s scooter to deliver high fuel efficiency alongside power and performance through reduction of mechanical losses, efficient design components and attention to detail.
