Honda gears up for the new Euro spec 2015 Honda CR-V with a host of external and internal updates to make its way into company showrooms by spring of 2015.
Euro-spec Honda CR-V will be the first to receive world’s first Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control (i-ACC).
Honda Motors, the noted Japanese automakers, along with Nissan and Toyota are set to recall millions of cars globally. As far as India is concerned, it is the now discontinued Accord sedan which has been affected by this recall. Some of the Indian variants of Honda Accord which were manufactured between August 2000 and December 2005 will be recalled due to faulty airbags.
Honda Cars India will be launching the new 2013 CR-V in India later today, but only with a petrol option, whereas Europe will get a 1.6L diesel CR-V next month. Honda India has confirmed that India will not get the diesel variant for the 2013 model CR-V.
Honda Cars India, the wholly owned subsidiary of Japanese car maker Honda Motors has reported a loss of Rs 604 crores for the fiscal year 2012. This is three times the loss, they registered in FY2011.
