India’s largest utility vehicle manufacturer, Mahindra & Mahindra has launched their new Genio one-tonne pick-up in South Africa. This makes SA the first country outside India to receive the new Genio.
Sales of Mahindra and SsangYong products in South Africa have seen rise in demand for 2012. Sales of passenger and LCVs increased by 118 percent. For 2012, Mahindra sold 1,203 units of XUV500 SUV in S Africa.
