Renault India Pvt Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Renault SAS France, has a lineup of 5 models which includes the Fluence sedan, Koleos SUV, Pulse compact car, Duster SUV and Scala sedan in India. With these, they have a market share of 2.6% (Mar 2014). Now, with two new launches in 2015, the company aims to increase market share to 5% in the next two years.

Renault Duster 4×4 gets a festive launch in October 2014. The new Duster 4×4 will be launched in only one variant and will come in with an all wheel drive system similar to that used by Nissan on their SUVs. This model is already on sale in International markets badged as a Dacia.

Renault India announced price increase on 1st July 2014 due to higher input cost resulting from higher cost of components. Renault car prices were increased by 1%.
