Cars in India on road above 10 years to be scrapped says SIAM
In a bid to improve the quality of air and boost sale of new vehicles, Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) have requested the Government of India to take a decision to scrap all private four and two wheelers purchased before 1996 but there's no word on how this is to be done yet.

Indian Auto Industry continues positive growth
SIAM – Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers released a report earlier today accounting the total sales made by auto manufacturers in the country during the period April 2010 and August 2010.
