2012 Hyundai Sonata to feature best in class mileage

All new 2012 Hyundai Sonata will be the most economical car in its class once launched. Announced to be launched in the US markets later this month, 2012 Sonata's 2.4L version will feature a 28 mpg rating, an improvement of 2 mpg from its outgoing variant. 2012 Sonata 2.4L will give a mileage of 35 mpg (14.875 kmpl) on highways and 24 mpg (10.2 kmpl) in city. Hyundai Sonata US Sales soars

When all cars manufacturers are facing a tough time selling cars in US, Hyundai Sonata defied the trend. Registering sales of 21,399 units for the month of August, Hyundai managed a huge 81% increase in sales but when compared to the sales figures of August 2009, Hyundai were behind by 11%. Hyundai managed to sell a total of 53,603 cars in August which incidentally is also the second best August sales...

Hyundai stops sales of 2011 model Sonata in US

Korean automotive giant Hyundai Motor in its fear of being terribly affected by recall like its rival Toyota has stopped the sales of its premium sedan Sonata in the US market. The company has cut down its shares by more than 4 % out of the fear of a possible recall. Experts and analysts were concerned about the decision made by the Hyundai motors to stop its sales due to a problem in front-door locks....
