Volkswagen Polo facelift export variant spotted in India
Volkswagen will launch Polo facelift in July 2014, just ahead of Diwali festive season. New Polo will be seen with minor updates, which include LED headlights, electric ORVMs and a redesigned front grille. Also on offer is new alloy design and a revised front grille.
Volkswagen Cross Polo review: Get noticed!
Volkswagen launched a Crossover-esque version of its successful premium hatchback Polo and joined the up and coming deceptive trend in India. The difference between Polo and Cross Polo is very easy to narrate. Like the ‘Cross’ tag is prefixed to Polo, Volkswagen has affixed some black plastic cladding to lower part of usual Polo hatch and called it a Crossover!

Just a few days back it was revealed that the Government of India was going to start crash test of all made in India cars. But, before that, a UK based charity, Global NCAP, has managed to crash test some of the best selling cars in India. The results are shocking, as all the five cars tested - Maruti Suzuki Alto, Hyundai i10, Tata Nano, Volkswagen Polo and Ford Figo, have all returned with the worst possible score, a Zero.
