Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. registered 29% domestic sales growth in March 2014 over March 2013. Yamaha’s connection with customers and prospective buyers has been boosted through customer-centric activities, and an exciting product line-up. Alpha scooter sales has created quite a boost.
Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. has introduced new colour schemes and graphics for Yamaha R15 version 2.0 to further its presence in the 150 cc premium segment here. Features remain unchanged with the same liquid cooled, 4stroke SOHC, 4 Valve engine, Hydraulic, single disc – front and rear brakes along with a fuel capacity of 12 litres.
Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. celebrated International Women’s day in association with ‘Aarohan’, an NGO working for women empowerment, felicitating the women from the lesser privileged sections of the society. Also, on this occasion the company invited Femina Miss Delhi, Ms.Koyal Rana and talked about its association with the coveted FBB Femina Miss India 2014in an endeavour to empower and encourage women power and talent.
Continuing with its upward sales growth trend, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. has registered a growth of 32.5% in domestic sales during February 2014 as compared to the corresponding period last year. Auto Expo 2014, new product launch along with innovative on- going customer centric activities has been instrumental in boosting its sales to an all new level.
Continuing on its quest to witness high sales growth, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd. has registered a growth of 17.4% in overall sales during January 2014 as compared to the corresponding period last year.
Domestic market, sales grew by 32.6%, with 461,814 units sold in 2013 against 348,346 units sold in 2012. 2013 export stood at 189,673 units as against 138,464 units exported in 2012, equating to 37% growth. Yamaha Motor India 2013 sales fillip with the launch of Ray and Ray Z proves a point or two.

At the 10th Yamaha ASEAN Cup Race 2013 on November 30 and December 1, 2013 at the Sentul International Circuit (3.96 km) in Indonesia, Yamaha Motor group company P.T. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing played event host.
