Tata Aria facelift launch price Rs 9.89 lakhs (ex sh Pune)

Tata Motors has launched the facelifted Aria MPV without much fanfare. Seen with some major changes and added features makes the new Aria better value than before. 2014 Tata Aria is being offered in three variants – Pure 4×2, Pleasure 4×2 and Pride 4×4.

2014 Tata Aria facelift that takes on the Mahindra XUV 500 and Toyota Innova is priced at INR 9.95 lakhs for the Pure LX 4×2, Aria Pleasure 4×2 is priced at 12 lakhs while top of the range Aria Pride 4×4 is priced at 14.74 lakhs, all ex showroom Delhi. Each of the models is BS IV compliant and is fitted with a 2.2 liter VariCOR engine offering 148 bhp peak power and 320 Nm peak torque. Mileage stands at 15.05 kmpl.


Modifications to the exterior include Black Bezel headlamps and clear lens tail lamps with a host of decals. Internally, the Tata Aria facelift gets some updates in the form of better quality and added gadgetry while seating is the same in a 2+3+3 format.

Added legroom at the rear and a quieter cabin are some of the plus points while automatic air conditioning with pillar mounted air vents, a two toned leather upholstery and chrome accents on door handles are also seen. Infotainment and comfort features include NAVTEQ navigation system, Bluetooth, Tata Blu 5 connect, cruise control, rain sensing wipers and auto sensing headlamps. The new Aria also receives 10 speaker JBL by Harmon Kardon audio system which is 6 speakers plus 4 tweeters and 8 channel DSP based AMP.
