Tata Motors supports Pedal for the Planet (Ahmedabad) awareness about Earth Hour 2014
‘Pedal for the Planet’ supports many causes. This morning an event in Ahmedabad worked towards creating awareness about Earth Hour 2014. The event saw Tata Motors along with Cyclone Cycling Club & Dreams NGO take the initiative to encourage people to reduce carbon footprint. Professional cyclists, enthusiasts and novices joined in to cycle at 6:30 am.

Earth Hour is a World Wide Fund (WWF) initiative working towards coordinating and uniting people to help protect the planet from global warming. Started in 2007, Earth Hour is celebrated on the last Saturday of March every year where people and corporations voluntarily switch off their lights at 8.30 pm (20:30) in their local times.
