Tata Zest integrated engine cooling system is supplied by Tata Toyo Radiator. It incorporates the radiator, intercooler, fan motor, shroud, and accessories for weight reduction and improved cooling efficiency. A central compact high performance 16mm core ensures low performance to weight ratio of 0.02kg/kW and noticeable lower pressure drop in relativity to a conventional system.
Tata Zest interiors, duo-tone dash and matched trims up this new compact sedan’s style. Chrome finishes, piano-black paint process for high gloss, and in-mould decoration for dash and cockpit are used. Adjustable air vents, and controls exemplify style. A spacious glove compartment coupled with interior door trims to house a magazine rack acre comfort-centric. Exterior trims include body coloured bumpers and grille. Tata green battery based on the DIN 50 size from Tata AutoComp GY Batteries is used. Lighter in weight, it offers almost the same power. Designed to deliver 4500 cycles under endurance test, Tata green battery has a longer life and higher vibration resistance.
