Storyboard Auto Commercial of the Year award was presented to Volkswagen Jetta. The commercial was conceptualized by Mudra Communications. In the bike category, the Storyboard of the year award went to TVS Wego TVC. This was the 12th edition of CNBC TV18 Overdrive Award 2012 which was held at The Grand in New Delhi.
The awards were presented by Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Chief Minister of Haryana. Overdrive Awards are presented to the best of four and two wheelers in the Indian auto sector and is the decisive yardstick that most people value when purchasing cars and bikes in the country.
The award ceremony was attended by a host of automobile experts and included Vicky Chandok, President of FMSCI,Sirish Chandran, Editor of Overdrive, Bertrand D'Souza, Deputy Editor of Overdrive, Sarath Kumar, National Motorcycling Champion, Gaurav Gill, Indian National Rally Champion among a host of other auto connoisseurs.
