The Navi Mumbai facility is situated at MIDC Industrial Area. It is a dedicated U Trust facility with a vast showroom providing sales and purchase and exchange of a varied range of vehicles. Similar operations are also conducted at the Leela Krishna Toyota in Rajmundry and Radha Madhav Toyota in Guntur. Through these U Trust centers, Toyota reaches out to potential customers who would like to exchange their cars at competitive prices, upgrade their vehicles or purchase new Toyota or non Toyota cars all with the backing and experience available at Toyota U Trust.
These customers will also be given enhanced services such as finance schemes, insurance and after sales services from these U Trust outlets. Customers dealing with U Trust outlets receive a Certification regarding their vehicles which enables then to receive warranty of 1 year or 15,000 kms whichever is earlier along with three free servicing at all Toyota dealerships. Toyota U Trust has received enthusiastic response from customers and dealers which has prompted the company to extend their reach to 35 dealers in 25 cities by March 2013 which will cover 85% of the market.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) commenced Toyota U Trust operations at 3 new locations namely, Navi Mumbai, Rajmundry and Guntur in order to facilitate sale, purchase and exchange of Toyota and non-Toyota cars. Toyota will now have 26 outlets, offering ‘Toyota U Trust’ services to Indian customers.
Located in MIDC Industrial Area, Wasan Toyota, Navi Mumbai is an independent U Trust facility and offers a dedicated showroom ambience providing a superior experience for Buying and Selling of used cars.
Operational as integrated showrooms, Leela Krishna Toyota, Rajmundry and Radha Madhav Toyota, Guntur, provide a superior experience for buying and selling of both new and used cars.
Toyota U Trust aims to offer potential customers an opportunity to exchange their ‘Cars of any make’ for a brand new Toyota, allowing them an opportunity to upgrade. It will also, cater to customers who want to exchange their cars for competitively priced used Toyota cars. Customers will also be provided with a wide range of value added services including, finance options at the ‘Toyota U Trust’ outlets.
Toyota U Trust is an important part of the ‘Value Added Services’ provided by TKM, to the customers. Based on the enthusiastic response, received from its customers and also the dealers, Toyota is now looking at a phased expansion to 35 dealers, in 25 cities by Mar 2013. This is to ensure that, TKM U Trust Operations cover approximately 85% of the market.
Customers are eligible to obtain ‘Certification’ for the Toyota vehicles they purchase through Toyota U Trust. Certified vehicles are eligible for a warranty up to 1 year/15,000 km (whichever occurs earlier). Additionally, the customers can avail of three free services (with labour charges waived off) at Toyota dealerships.
