Though the company hasn’t managed to do very well in the western European markets, it’s hopeful that with the launch of its Golf the company will be able to make amends for its previous poor performance. This being said, the company has already received 15,000 advanced bookings for the Golf in the last few days.

The Asia Pacific region as also the American market saw considerable growth during this period. In the Russian markets growth was registered at 55.9 percent while in Central and Eastern Europe delivery statistics rose by 32.1 percent. However, in Western Europe and Germany sales fell by 6.2 percent and 0.6 percent respectively.
